Fantastic PBs by both Niamh and Cian Little over the 2 day Leinster Indoors in Athlone Indoor Arena over the weekend.

Niamh competed in the U13 long jump, 60m sprint and shot putt.

Niamh achieved a PB of 3.99m which saw her take the bronze in the long jump in a competition of 39 athletes.

In the 60m she cinched her way into the semi finals after 6 Heats, just loosing out on entry into the final by 0.01sec.

Niamh completed day 2 with a pb in shot putt for good measure.

Cian competed in the U15 long jump and 60m sprint. Coming 6th in the long jump and recording a pb for his age in both events in a highly competitive age group. Well done Cian for setting a great mark for the rest of the year!

Well done to both athletes, to get PBs on the day of competition is a real achievement and we are so proud of you!
