We are meeting at 9am June 6th. As most competitors are doing long jump/ turbo javelin and race.

U13 Athletes can arrive 1 hour prior to competition to allow for timetable shift and warm up.

PLEASE NOTE:

TRACK SPIKES ON NEW TARTAN TRACK:

Only 5mm Pyramid spikes ARE permitted on the new MONDO surface in Tullamore Harriers Stadium.

High Jump Competitors ONLY, may use 7mm.

Under no circumstances are needle SPIKES of any length allowed.
