Good morning everyone,

Please find attached the schedule for the Community Games Track & Field County Finals on Monday June 6th.

Venue : Claremont Stadium, Navan.

Admission :  Adult entry is €5 per person and tickets must be bought online in advance at this link: https://www.communitygames.ie/meathtickets11.html

Children and participants are free of charge

Please print off your ticket or have it ready to show on your phone to help reduce queues at the gate onto the main road.

Any participants scheduled for the morning session-please do not arrive at the venue until after 08.45am to allow volunteers time to set up.

On arrival, please come to the Athboy check-in area (Ursula Thompson or myself) to collect your number and t-shirt.  We hope to park at the finish line on the grass area-we’ll have a yellow Athboy / Kildalkey flag displayed. 

There are no food outlets at Claremont, so please bring food and drinks (and suncream hopefully!!)

Save the dates:

Please note that for 2022 the 1st 4 children in each TRACK event qualify to a Regional event in Clones on July 30th. The 1st 4 children in the Regional events then qualify for the National finals in Carlow on August 13th

Due to small entries in some Field events we will not run off County competitions in discus, javelin or high jump.  Those children automatically qualify for the Nationals in August in Carlow (August 13th)-I’ll be in touch with those parents separately.
