2. Build up to 30-40min 5km less - walk more run
3. Build up to 25 - 30min 5km - Running all the way
4. Build up to 20 - 25min 5km - No talking just running :)
5. Build to Sub 20 min 5km - Speed yourself up!
Commencing 15th June
Weekly Wed and Friday sessions at Fr Murphy's AC 19:30 to 20:30 , you will meet your leaders and follow their programme to achieve your goals and train as a group on training nights.
This is open to Non members of Fr Murphy AC, Non members will only be able to train at the club at the sessions above with their Leader.
