The rain held off this morning after truly soaking the Porchfields course in Trim last night.

A nice dry day with a deliciously mucky, slippy, hilly cross country course was the outcome.

Fr Murphys was represented by the team of Richard Bell, Brian Smith and Paul Farrell in the Mens Masters Race in which Richard Bell of Fr Murphys battled conditions and other Athletes from all over the county to claim Gold in the Mens Masters 6km Race.

Carmel Thorpe and Susanne Forde ran incredible races representing Fr Murphys in the Womens Masters 4km Race.

Well done to the Senior Athletes, great to see great racing and smiles all around!

The Meath Juvenile interclub league races followed on after with a nice bit of extra mud thrown in.

In the U11 Boys race, Harry Kearns ran a fantastically fast race to come in top 12 finishing position.

In U15 Boys Jack Moran again ran an age up to place 6th after a gruelling 2km.
