Novice Men - Richard Bell had an unreal race moving up nearly 25 places in the final lap. He ran the 6000m in under 21mins in very slippy, hilly conditions. He placed 5th Meath man over the line.
Well done to Tony Ennis on preparing the juveniles so well for their races. Everyone went in and enjoyed their races immensely.
Well done to Parents who not only got the juveniles ready for their races but also stayed on to cheer for the other races.
Thanks to Gowran AC for hosting a fantastic course and day!
