Dear Club/County Secretary,

Due to the recent weather conditions and the impact on the cross-country course the race
distances have been revised to the below. These races will take place over a 1km loop.
U11 GIRLS 1000m
U11 BOYS 1000m
U13 GIRLS 1000m
U13 BOYS 1000m
U15 GIRLS 2000m
U15 BOYS 2000m
U17 GIRLS 3000m
U17 BOYS 3000m

MASTER MEN 65 + 3000m
MASTER WOMEN 3000m
MASTER MEN 35 - 64 6000m
INTERMEDIATE WOMEN 4000m
INTERMEDIATE MEN 6000m

If driving to the venue, parking is limited. Please exit at junction 5 from the M50 (Finglas) and if
using the N3 please exit at Junction 4. Adhere to all instructions from the Parking Stewards to
ensure traffic flow is maintained around the Sports Campus. Where possible please use public
transport or carpool.
