What better way to show yourself some love than get back into fitness again whether your a new runner or seasoned athlete
With a new introduction of chip timing this year thanks to Philip Cogavin.
Starting on the 14th February evening at 7:30pm Sharp
Get in early, 7pm to get warmed up & registered (If paying cash)
Better your 3km time every week for 6 weeks
Diary Dates as follows 14,21,28 February & 13,20,27 March 🗓️
6th March is NOT included this will be a week off!
€15 for paid member,€20 for non member.
